New Car and Lessons Learned!

This is Max, The Nissan Maxima.

He was having problems and decided it was time to move on to a different home. How sad I was to sell my precious car. This car has been there for me through it all. When I moved to my old apartment, on exciting adventures with friends, driving up the canyon by myself to think, I think I even sat on the hood once or twice while reading scriptures.

If you take care of your car, your car will take care of you! I realized now how much fun an oil change can be for a car. To a car, an oil change is like getting a mani-pedi on a bad day to a girl. Haha!

As I thought about what I was going to do, I was freaking out... I prayed about it and decided it was time for a new car...... Presenting........

Ella, The Elantra! 2005 Hyundai Elantra

I am excited about my car and more excited about this new year! A lesson I re-learned this week is: You cannot connect with others unless you let go of who you think you should be & embrace who you actually are!

Stop comparing yourself with others! Be who you are and love yourself. You are NOT the mistakes you have made, anyone who thinks you are is ignorant, cynical, and will never truly love or accept you. But as long as YOU accept you, you will continue to be happy ♥ -Erin McCowan

"Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The trouble-makers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules, and they have no respect for the status-quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify, or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do."
~Steve Jobs

Yes, we all have done things that we are not proud of and yes the world does knock us down but we need to learn to get back up, I know I have had to many times and still there are days when I don't want to but I am glad I do. I am thakful for the trials in my life. They have brought my closer to my family and to my heavenly father. I hope you all have a good week. Love ya!

Love,

Kim :)
